Fair, Upfront Pricing Explained
Are your prices the same for strata and rental properties?
Yes. Every job gets the same fair, upfront pricing, no surprises, whether you own the place, rent it or manage it for a strata scheme. We agree the figure on-site before any work starts, and it doesn't change because a landlord or agent is footing the bill.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. It's a $0 Call Out Fee on every visit, emergency or not. You only ever pay for the work itself, agreed and explained before we start, so there's no surprise fee tacked onto the invoice just for showing up.
Do nights, weekends or public holidays cost extra?
No. Same Day Service applies whenever you call, including nights, weekends and public holidays. The price agreed with you stays the same fair figure regardless of what time it is on the clock.
Do you charge for travel time?
No. The price we agree with you on-site covers the whole job, not the drive to get there. Best Price Guaranteed means what we agree with you upfront is what you pay, with nothing added for travel.

Licensed, Insured, Accountable
Does your warranty cover parts as well as labour?
Our Lifetime Labour Warranty covers the work our licensed plumbers carry out. Manufacturer warranties on parts like hot water units or tapware sit separately with the manufacturer, and we'll explain exactly what's covered before any replacement goes in.
Is it safe to try a DIY fix before you arrive?
For most leaks, turning off the isolation valve or the mains and mopping up is safe and sensible while you wait. If there's a gas smell, leave switches alone, get everyone out of the house and ring us from outside.
How long does the Lifetime Labour Warranty last?
It runs for the life of the workmanship, not a fixed term you can run out the clock on. If a fault traces back to our own work, we come back and fix it properly at no extra cost to you.
What is your licence number?
We hold NSW Plumbing Licence #292427C, covering both water plumbing and gas fitting work under the one qualification. It's displayed on this site because a licence you can check is worth more than one you're told to trust.

Response and Booking
How do you decide which emergency call gets priority?
Safety comes first, so a gas leak or a burst pipe flooding a home jumps ahead of a slow-draining sink. Beyond that we work through calls in the order they come in, and we're upfront with you about where that leaves your job.
Do you prioritise certain emergencies over others?
Yes, genuine safety risks like gas leaks and active flooding are treated as the most urgent calls we take. A dripping tap or a slow blockage still gets fixed the same day, but it won't jump ahead of a home that's actively flooding.
Can I request a specific time window?
You can ask, and we'll do our best to work around your day. Because emergencies come first around the clock, we can't lock in an exact window every time, but we'll always call ahead before we arrive.
Do you answer the phone overnight?
Yes. A real person answers day or night. Overnight calls get the same attention as one at lunchtime, and we'll explain what to do while you're waiting on us.

Bellevue Hill's Plumbing Questions
Do apartments in Bellevue Hill have different plumbing issues to houses?
Often, yes. Bellevue Hill's apartment blocks from the 1990s onward share stacks and risers with other units. A blockage or hot water fault can affect several homes at once, where a standalone house only ever affects itself.
Do Bellevue Hill's older terraces still have galvanised supply pipes?
Plenty of the suburb's period homes date from that 1910-1930 building boom and were plumbed with the materials of the day. Original supply and drainage runs are often still in the ground unless already replaced.
How does Bellevue Hill's housing density affect emergency response?
The suburb's mix of large standalone blocks and denser apartment buildings means jobs vary a lot, from a single heritage home to a stack serving several units. We assess each property on arrival rather than assuming one job looks like the last.
What plumbing issues come up most in Bellevue Hill this time of year?
Autumn leaf fall from the suburb's mature street trees is a regular cause of blocked gutters and drains. Root intrusion into older clay sewer lines near the Cooper Park gully tends to show up as backups after rain.
